Survival Expeditions

If you are looking for a remote tropical location to host your next survival expedition, our 130-acre nature reserve next to the biggest national park in Costa Rica is perfect. The property was featured on the third episode of season one of Surviorman on the Discovery Channel for its untouched landscape and safe distance from our biological station. Our coastal forest offers opportunities for fishing and learning how to survive on marine life. Streams in the forest allow one to collect safe drinking water and fresh water shrimp, and our many edible tropical plants offer food sources as well.

Survival group leaders can choose the intensity level of their course. Groups can stay in our dorm or cabin accommodations or they can opt to camp. All meals and tours can be provided upon request. Possible tours include: Corcovado National Park tour, Corcovado National Park overnight camping tour, Cano Island Snorkeling, Tree Climbing (top roping), horseback riding, guided night hikes, medicinal plant hike, fishing, and kayaking.
